In this collaboration-rich NCCAT seminar, educators will learn how to create an immersive VR experience to take engagement to the next level! No fancy headset required! With smartphones and easily accessible digital tools, you will design a standards-aligned activity specifically for your learners. Along with navigating the tools, we will also explore instructional strategies that make learning stick, like PBL, storytelling & visual thinking. You'll leave with a fully developed VR activity ready to share with your learners and the capacity to build more in the future with your students. This program includes a field trip to a location of your choice collect digital artifacts for your project.
