Collaborating with Teachers and Staff: Both teachers, staff, and the social worker/counselor have similar goals: the educational success of each student. If a student is having problems in the classroom, the social worker/counselor will join together with the teacher and staff members to come up with some practical strategies that will remove barriers and enhance the learning environment.
