Alexis works very hard in art class and is a good communicator. Despite an injury, she continues to work and problem solve daily! I am proud of the perseverance displayed and the willingness to continue making art.

Alexis has been a pleasure to teach. She has taken on some extra work to help enhance her class time and her work has paid off. She asks great questions that helps me even do some problem solving in the culinary classroom. She is self-motivated and I find that to be a great quality to have at a young age.

In addition, when she works in groups, she ensures that the work produced by the team is well done.

Rocky is a leader in the classroom. Rocky is one of the students in my class who quickly understands the material. Once he understands the material, he helps his classmates understand. I have witnessed Rocky help other students figure out what went wrong on a problem, explain a problem, study for a test, and complete test corrections. Rocky's easy going and kind personality have helped to cultivate an environment of growth in the classroom.

Wesley is one of the kindest, most patient students I have ever had the privilege of teaching. He is always willing to help his peers, offering assistance without hesitation or complaint. His polite and respectful demeanor always puts a smile on my face, and his ability to listen and follow directions sets a positive example for others. Wesley’s generosity and composure make him a joy to have in class, and I often find myself wishing for a room full of students just like him. I consider myself honored to have been able to teach him!.
