Overall Objective:   Participants will explore and reflect on the TXRL Key Shifts and Strategies Framework to consider high leverage moves to better align with the STR and implement effective Structured Literacy classrooms. 

• Gain an understanding of the TXRL Key Shifts and Strategies (KSS) framework.

• Reflect on your starting place with each structured literacy shift at this point in time.

• Develop a clear understanding of  the district’s vision for structured literacy implementation across all K-3 classrooms.
