- Explain the schedule of minutes for each instructional elementary and the HQIM that is expected to be used with fidelity during each instructional element.
- Discuss the importance of "tight" adherence to this vision and a structured literacy approach, and the district's rationale for ensuring consistency across all K-3 classrooms.
