Participants will take a deep dive into "Personalized Instruction," a core pillar of the RBL Implementation Continuum (RBL-IC). The learning experience will address the following learning objectives:

• Explore the research connected to personalized instruction.

• See examples of the RBL IC Personalized Instruction Strategies in Action to deepen understanding of the ways in which the ELEMENTS of the student experience can be personalized.

• Identify incremental actions to move along the personalized instruction continuum of the RBL-IC.

• Come to a shared understanding of which ELEMENTS of the student experience to personalize.

• Clarify the ways in which the ELEMENTS of the student experience will be further personalized and identify specific next steps for classroom level or campus iteration.
