Personalized Instruction Scenarios - Moving along the RBL-IC

Before You Begin: Make a copy of the Personalized Instruction Scenarios Activity which will become your copy on which to work. Then, complete the following steps.
- Step 1: Review each scenario.
- Step 2: Identify the RBL Implementation Continuum stage represented by the scenario. Add evidence of why you selected a particular stage.
- Step 3: Capture Your Thinking about moving along the RBL-IC
- Step 4: Review "Scenario Insights" column - which includes a video and text about the stage of the RBL-IC represented and several Next Step teacher move
- Repeat steps 1-4 for each scenario.
The RBL IC is linked at the top of the scenario activity as a resource.

Reflect on Current PI Strategies

Step 1: Open the Personalized Instruction Strategy Reflection (on Campus/ Team Activity file linked below).
Step 2: Review where you think your current implementation falls along the continuum of each PI strategy.
- Pilot teachers: Focus on the context of your current pilot classroom.
- Campus & district leaders: Observe and mentally prepare to guide a reflection discussion in step 4.
Step 3: Drag and drop the avatar icon for each strategy.
Step 4: When everyone is done placing the icons, reflect as a team. Does anything stand out to you regarding the collective state of PI strategy implementation?
