Step 1: As you join your breakout room (randomly assigned) navigate to the RBL Pillar Figjam board for the room you are in (1 of the 5 pillars) - Facilitators make one editable copy of each
Step 2: Take a moment to individually respond to each of the 2 questions on the RBL Pillar Figjam board using the stickies for each response
Step 3: Once the individuals in your room have completed their RBL Pillar Figjam responses, share your responses aloud with the group. Discuss:
- - How do you think implementing this pillar will help address the problem/root causes you hope to solve with BL?
  - What momentum around this pillar is already in place in your context from which you can build?
  - What are some of the common themes emerging in response to each question?
