APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:  To be eligible for the program, youth should meet the following criteria:

1. Enrolled with complete documents in SYEP 2025

2. Currently attending school and aged between 16-19 by October 11th.

3. CASW will consider applications exclusively from students of our Career Ready SYEP high school and those associated with Morris House attending any school. Cannot participate if already graduated from school.

1-COMPLETE THE ENROLLMENT FORMS: SURVEY, W4 AND I -9

2- WLG Documents needed (not part of SYEP):

-Parental consent: Parents write a letter to give participant permission to participate in the program. 

- Proof of school status: Upload current Program Card/ Class Schedule or Official School Letter (dated within the first school term on letterhead); The School status must show participant name and the current school year. Don't use anything from last year.

-Working Papers: If participant was 15 during the summer and you are turning 16, they need to get working papers from the school/school counselor. Working papers required before the CUNY course ends/job placement. 

Since they were enrolled in SYEP 2025, we will review the documents provided and see if there are any personal documents that must be replaced or if they are all set. We will review the other documents such as social, work authorization, address etc. from the summer to see if any of them expired. We will reach out to you if you need to submit any additional documents.
