TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

This quote claims that our traditionalist system has affected for years in our country. The author's proposal is all teachers should break ambiguous barries where not only our classes become in a regular classroom but to create an inclusive and interactive environment that allows our students have a reflexive and critical thinking that demostrates our true compromise as a teacher.

I think that the education has been decreasing over the years caused by ambiguous methods applied in the classrooms where educator had focused only in the teacher center approach. As result as, the students cannot read and write in English because they always apply for the transfer that most of the time is negative in the classroom and it turns difficult for students to learn the language in a natural and in a contextualized way.

Moreover, the teaching path should be clear a thought that covers the understanding of the individualities of the students by virtue of this, it is necessary the learning style of each of them.

In view of this, I decided to prepare myself, to be part of the solution and not the problem, to improve the system somehow. Then, I was presented with an opportunity to go abroad and learned to teach through a training called GO TEACHER CARIBBEAN 2015.

In my role as a teacher, I promote the responsibility, honesty, respect, peace, tolerance in my classes and inclusive education. On the other hand, the teaching path should be clear a thought that covers the understanding of the individualities of the students by virtue of this, it is necessary the learning style of each of them.
