In 2015, 2,000 people competed as applicants for the GO TEACHER Caribbean 2015 scholarship program, a program offered by SENESCYT which only 135 approved.
135 scholars who decided to be part of the educational revolution, we assumed the challenge with absolute responsibility, traveling from our equator to three different islands of the Caribbean, where not only we would prepare the ESL and TESL but also we would make known our culture and why not our charisma and human quality that characterizes us as good Ecuadorians.
We had the opportunity to help our country in the natural disaster that affected on April 16, 2016, and we were able to strengthen the bonds of international treaty becoming the representative of Ecuadorians in Dominica, Caribbean
On the oter hand, the Prime Minister of the Government of Dominica welcomed us and strengthened international ties during our stay per 7 months on the island.
A Caribbean island that welcomed us with great empathy and provided us with vital tools within our professional role which will help our return to promote an effective education that allows the cognitive development of our students.
My experience in this program was excellent. I shared many adventures, trips with each one of the Ecuadorian brothers. Additionally, I obtained the ESL and TESL international certification and C1 level. Finally, My graduation was in June 2016.
