Gag Rule- This stops the title X laws and stops people from going to Planned Parenthood.

Title X- the nation’s program for affordable birth control and reproductive care

Roe V. Wade- ruled that the constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman's rights to have an abortion if they choose to without excessive government interference and restriction.

Women's Health Protection Act- to protect a woman’s ability to determine whether and when to bear a child or end a pregnancy, and to protect a health care provider’s ability to provide reproductive health care services, including abortion services.

EACH Woman Act- would bar states from introducing private abortion coverage bans

Partial birth abortions- allow the procedure only if the life of the woman is at risk.
