Currently, the division has 4 core full-time staff, and 2 faculty designates (OIC-Director and a Project Manager).
These personnel is under direct supervision of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, who is one of the alter-ego of the University President in the pillar of Administration.
Some of the projects, especially those which are more inclined to academic activities are under direct supervisions of the college deans.

As part of Caraga State University's major pillar and function, its business management office was formally created in 2005. It was named the Office of Business Affairs (OBA) under the directorship of Dr. Erico G. Alan. It was established in NORMISISTS time during the presidency of Dr. Edgar W. Ignacio. Following Dr. Alan was Dr. Esamel M. Paluga which was then short after was led by Ms. Concepcion Lascuña on September 1, 2009.
At the time NORMISISTS was converted into Caraga State University, Dr. Danilo A. Ga-as become the office's director. It was also during this time when the OBA was changed into Office of Resource Generation (ORG). Dr. Ga-as led the office from June 1, 2010 until July 2014.
In August 1, 2014, Dr. Emanual F. Nono was designated in the office, and the office was renamed into Office of Resource Generation and Management Services (ORGMS). Dr. Nono served until January of 2015.
In February 2019, Dr. Tomas M. Austral was designated as the ORGMS director. Dr. Austral was instrumental of acquiring big ticket projects such as engaging in inter-agency feeding program of the DSWD-Caraga and the DepEd-Agusan del Norte.
In January 2024, Mr. Joey Arles O. Vergara was designated OIC-ORGMS director.
1. The IGPs shall provide products and services based on the demand of the stakeholders and the opportunities in the region;
2. The IGPs shall be able to operate sustainably, efficiently, effectively, and ethically;
3. The IGPs shall become a venue for harnessing students’ entrepreneurial capabilities and Research and Development-based business and technology incubation of the University;
4. The IGPs shall strive for continuous business development and improvement of product and service quality; and
5. The IGPs shall contribute job creation and employment opportunities in the region.
