Overview:
Bread and Pastry Production is a technical-vocational program that teaches students how to prepare and produce baked products. It also includes the history and origin of bread and pastry production across the world.
Bread and Pastry Production students will able to learn how to use modern baking processes, equipment, tools, and utensils, as well as other baking appliances. Students are also taught presentation skills, as well as sanitation and safety precautions during laboratory
Via the use of this website, this study aims to develop the skills of students, instructors, and also researchers in the preparation and production of bread, pastry products, cakes, and icing. It also includes various methods and procedures for presenting information. As a result, this study is organized in a modular format to make it easier for participants in Bread and Pastry Production.
