This is a LMS that can be connected to windows, mac, g suite products and allow content to be in one place making it easier to collaborate with groupmates. This would be for highschool or college level learners as it is tailored to older learners and/or businesses. Slack will also track individuals contributions as a way to combat one person doing all the work for the entire group.
A great tool for younger learners and offers a space to collaborate on the main stream. The main stream offers a place to ask questions, collaborate, and have interactions with the instructor and other classmates. Instructors do need to make sure that it is clear what the class announcements and what the stream is supposed to be used for.
In this LMS it offers many subsections along the left side for students to easily naviagate between modules, assignments, discussions, and grades. It can also track how much work each person puts into a group project, and will even allow you create groups within the LMS. This would be something that would be used for older learners as there are more options and places students could get lost, or they need to more training on how to navigate in order to collaborate online effectively.
As mentioned in the section: Video Tools for Collaboration, Microsoft teams has many uses from video, chatting, but also can be used as an LMS in order to provide a space to collaborate. Students can see a schedule or calendar, of scheduled meetings both from their group and the instructor as it is easy to follow and can sync with your outlook account.
