Classroom Tip 3 - The "To Do" Page

A new feature recently added to Google Classroom is designed to help with workflow. It's called the "To Do" page! It allows you to:

  • See the status of all your assignments without clicking on them, like the Stream used to do
  • Review any changes, such as students turning in make-up work, etc.
  • Mark them as "reviewed" so you know you are done with them.

To find the "To Do" page, click the three lines icon at the top left of Google Classroom

Click on "To Do"

From here, it's easy to filter by class so that you can see assignments one class at a time.

**Pro tip: Hold down the CTRL key while you click the assignment so it will open in a new tab. Otherwise you will keep having to hit the back button!

If you aren't going to take any actions on that assignment, but want to clear out your to do list, you just have to click the three dots on the right, and 'mark as reviewed'. Enjoy!
