If you're a Cardinal Club homeowner or resident, you're in the right place. Here, you'll find information about your neighborhood and the events and covenants that keep Cardinal Club a safe and enjoyable place to live.
The purpose of CCEHOA is to create and maintain a beautiful, safe, pleasant neighborhood, with stable home values, for all who live here. CCEHOA was formed in 2003 to serve the needs of homeowners by providing covenants and rules, services supported by dues, and services supported by fees, under the umbrella of a governing HOA.
All homeowners in Cardinal Club Estates are members in good standing when annual dues are paid by February 16, 2026. In December, members choose a board of directors for one-year terms and may vote on other initiatives that properly come before the body. The board* is currently comprised of a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and three at-large directors. In addition, the presidents or representatives of the five associate HOAs are invited to CCEHOA's board meetings (they are not voting members of the Board unless they were also elected to the CCEHOA Board as an at-large member). To help address the homeowners' needs, we have a Landscaping Committee, Community Outreach Committee and an Architectural Review Committee ("ARC").
URGENT NOTICE REGARDING SOLAR PANELS
(March 25, 2024) Your CCEHOA Board of Directors is aware of door-to-door sales of solar panels in our neighborhood. We do not know of nor endorse whomever these sales persons/company are, but we are in the process of updating our Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions document for the entire neighborhood. (It hasn't been updated since Cardinal Club was established.) Currently, solar panels will not be approved by the ARC Committee.
