When wintry weather strikes, your HOAs and the City of Simpsonville clear our roads as follows: CCEHOA’s contractor clears the Courtyards alleyway when snow accumulation reaches 2” or greater. The City clears city streets — Champions Way, Champions Circle, Links, Snead, Hogan, Greens Drive, Par Court, Divot Way, etc. The associate HOAs clear parking areas and alleyways for townhouses, patio homes, and Brightview Drive, according to the HOA that owns those properties.
