Thanks for your interest in Cardinal Club Estates. Whether you're planning to build a spec house or a custom build, have been contracted to make improvements on a neighborhood home, need to know how much dues are and if they've been paid, or represent a client in a closing, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the following. 

ARC: When we have received your/the homeowner's ARC Application, we'll begin work on it. We will send an email to let you know we've received it, and — assuming we have all of the required documents — will respond within 30 days. It's important that no clearing or construction begins until you've received ARC's approval. And, please note our ARC Guidelines were amended on Nov. 22, 2023 (below).
