ABI ORIENTATION AND ASSESSMENT WITH TARGET INCUBATEES
ABI Orientation and Assessment with Target Incubatees was held last November 29, 2021 at CapSU Dayao Campus. The said activity was attended by Dr. Efren Linan as the Project Leader, Prof. French Dampog as the Project Staff, Prof. Mark Glenn Villamor - IPMO Director, Ma'am Princess Palawan and Sir Albert Bernardo from ATBI and the rest of the project team. It was also attended by 15 target incubatees.
The activity discussed agribusiness related topics in line with the implementation of the project and other matters.
ONE-ON-ONE AND FINAL CONSULTATION WIT ABI INCUBATEES
CAPSU-ABI conducted a One-on-One and Final Consultation with 2 incubatees who are focused on meat production and meat processing. Present in the activity were: Mr. Aris Bernabe, owner of Cyris Free Range Chicken and Egg House; Mr. Ryan Mark Dela Cruz, owner of Axe Rabbitry; and Prof. Rodriz Loja, the invited consultant who is an expert on animal science.
The said activity discussed the basics of the meat industry and how their business can create a significant impact in society given the challenges they face. Prof. Loja suggested that the incubatees should have a Farm Daily Record Book so that they can check and monitor their progress, as well as the size, weight and quantity of their chickens and rabbits. He also highlighted that for this business, itโs important to have target clients like hotels and restaurants wherein they can directly supply their products.

The CAPSU-ABI Meeting and Monitoring happened today at CAPSU Burias Campus. The said activity presented the accomplishment reports of the project as well as the financial and procurement status. It was also an opportunity to discuss matters such as the extension of the project, issues and concerns of the ABI staff in implementing the project, and the target deliverables for the next succeeding months.
Dr. Efren Linan, the VP for RDE and the ABI Project Leader, thanked everyone who made significant contributions to this undertaking from the beginning up to this day.
Present also in the activity were Dr. Leo Biclar, the University Research Director; Dr. Rodyard Madiclum, University Training Director; Prof. Mark Glenn Villamor, IPMO Director; Prof. French Dampog, ABI Project Staff; Dr. Stephanie S.
