What should I do if my clinician never joins the meeting?

If you're waiting to be allowed into the meeting and it's more than 8 minutes passed when your appointment was supposed to start you should call our office at 845-425-5252 and we'll help you out.

What if I get a message that my request to join was denied?

If your request to join was denied, that means your clinician was in another meeting and you may have been joining early or the previous session may have run overtime. The best thing to do would be to close the page/app, wait 2-3 minutes, and then try to re-join again.

What's the best practice for calling my client back in-line with clinic policy?

What if my camera or the audio isn't working?

If your camera or audio isn't working and you're in the meeting, you can click the chat button and type a message to your clinician to arrange a regular phone call. If you can't even get into the meeting and can't reach your clinician, call our office at 845-425-5252

What if I accidentally denied my client when they were trying to join?

You can wait several minutes and your client will probably try to join again, if you have their number you can call them or pull it up in your client records
