There are three possible options to make calls from your cell phone as if you're calling from the clinic.
1 Call into your voicemail - a bit more time consuming, but simplest & good for 1 or 2 calls
For 2 & 3, please see instructions on Siggie
2 Use the smartphone app - requires a smartphone
3 Use the remote desktop program - slightly more complex to setup requires access to the clinic remote desktop; good for making many calls. To use these options, please see this page in Siggie
Remember that the easiest way to call anonymously is to simply block your number by dialing *67 followed by your number (ie *67-845-500-5000)
Simple way to call a client without having to install any apps is to call into your voicemail and make the call through there.
