First Time Instructions - Clients

Step 1
Computer Users: If you are using a computer and internet browser (ie Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari), please close all open computer programs and internet browser tabs for a faster experience unless you need them opened.
Make sure your web camera is plugged in if you are using a desktop computer which doesn't have a built in camera.
Android/IPhone Users: You need to install the Hangouts Meet app for Android or Hangouts Meet for Google IPhone app in order to join a meeting from your phone
Step 2
When joining the meeting, enter your full name and the best phone number your clinician can reach you at in case there's an issue with the sound (see picture).
You must wait until your appointment time to join the meeting.
If you join early and your therapist is in another meeting, you will receive a message that "Someone in the call has declined your request to join." In which case you can wait several minutes you can refresh the browser or restart the app to join again or you therapist will call you on the number you provided when they are done.
