Step 1
If you are using a computer and internet browser (ie Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari), please close all open computer programs and internet browser tabs for a faster experience unless you need them opened.
Make sure your web camera is plugged in if you are using a desktop computer which doesn't have a built in camera.
Step 2
You will need to go to the tab at the top of this page which is called Meeting Rooms and then choose your room.
Step 3
PC/Laptop Users - If you are signed into your Achieve account, it will say "Ready to join?" (see images).
If it says "What's your name?" or "Ask to Join" then you are not signed in as a provider. Click on the upper right hand corner and click "sign in" or "switch account".
You will then have to sign in with your @achievebh.org account. If you have never signed into your @achievebh.org Google account, click here for instructions as your regular Achieve password will NOT work.
Once signed in, click the Join Meeting button under Ready to Join?
Step 4
Now you will be in the meeting. When a client attempts to join the room, you should see the clients name pop up and their phone number asking for approval. You should hit Admit if the room is empty. If you are still seeing a prior client who is in the room, you should write down the number of the client attempting to enter and then hit Deny entry. See example below.
The client may then try a couple minutes later but most likely you will have to call them back which.
For best practices on how to call clients, see this page here.
Please note that while each meeting room comes with an audio dial-in and PIN number, this should NOT be given to clients for individual psychotherapy session and can ONLY be used for group sessions. Doing so for individual sessions can be in violation of HIPAA standards.
