OTHER TIPS:

• Reset Chrome settings to default

• Check OS Version 

  • • From the log in screen press alt + v

• • • The Google Chrome Version is displayed on the top right hand side of the screen along with the serial number.

• If you see a message from Classwize regarding being locked out – check with your teacher.  

LOG IN ISSUES:

• Slow down and make sure you are typing your password correctly. Remember, you need to type your username followed by @capostu.org 

• If you get a prompt saying to type in your old password (you may be able to click Cancel to bypass)–click on the forgot old password option and you should see an option to proceed anyways–this should allow you into the Chromebook.
