Why Music?

Research has shown that when you read lyrics in music, you can actually improve the fluency rate of a child. Fluency is how quick a reader reads. You want your child to read with expression and to understand what they are reading, so you can't be too fast or too slow. I also have attached the lyrics you can print off to have at your house to help reinforce the song and fluency.
