Mrs. Bridges graduated from West Texas A & M University with a bachelors degree in Science for Elementary Education. She HAS A Master's Degree in School Counseling from Lamar University. SHE FINISHED HER PRINCIPAL CERTIFICATION THIS YEAR AS WELL. SHE HAS BEEN IN EDUCATION FOR 17 YEARS. SHE TAUGHT 2ND & 3RD GRADE AT GENE HOWE ELEMENTARY FOR 2 YEARS AND THEN 10 YEARS IN 3RD GRADE AT REEVES-HINGER. SHE was awarded 2010 Teacher of the Month by Education Credit Union and by Reeves-Hinger Administration. In 2016-2017 she was Teacher of the Year for Reeves-Hinger and went on to be a finalist for the district. SHE TAUGHT intervention/instructional coaching for Reeves-Hinger FOR 3 YEARS BEFORE BECOMING A STUDENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST. HER GOAL IS TO BE AN ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL ONE DAY.
She has been married for 21 years and has a baby girl who is 15 years old. Mrs. Bridges enjoys reading, running, watching movies and scrapbooking in her spare time. Mrs. Bridges can't wait for YOU to be at Reeves-Hinger!! She asks THAT ALL REEVES-HINGER students come in with a smile and positive attitude, because together we can do ANYTHING!!
