CHS is a Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC) for the Microsoft Office Specialist program. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) industry-based certifications (IBCs) are designed to test real-world skills in the following programs, which are taught in Business Information Management (BIM) I and BIM-Dual Credit:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Access
Microsoft PowerPoint
MOS-Word Associate, MOS-Excel Associate, and MOS Associate certifications are used as an indicator of college/career/military readiness (CCMR).

ADDITIONALLY: earning a MOS certification at CHS is FREE to students. Each certification costs approximately $100 when the exam is taken at an outside testing center.
