Musical Goals

Kindergartners will learn how to:

• Sing independently and in a group

• Identify and use different types of voices: singing voice, speaking voice, calling voice, and whisper voice

• Keep a steady beat while singing & playing 

• Distinguish between fast/slow

• Distinguish between loud/soft

• Distinguish between high/low

• Play various instruments, including Orff and percussion

• Move body creatively to music
