If you signed up for swimming lessons we will try to make sure kids are transported to and from (depending on final numbers).

Please send swim suits, a wet bag to put wet suits in and all necessary accessories each day of swim lessons. They will be changing at the swimming pool before and after lessons. We will not provide towels, swim suits, or bags for wet clothes.

Some field trips will require extra paper work filled out prior to the trip. It's very important you get everything turned in. Release forms will be sent home the first week of the summer.

Due to time for field trips we will be leaving not much after 8:30am. It's important everyone is on time these days. Please drop off no later than 8:00am on Field trip days.

Golf registration forms are out and have a place to mark if you are enrolled in the summer program. This will help us determine if transportation to and from golf practice (practice only) will be an option.

If you child will be attending Rocks at Tyro June 1st-4th the grade school is a bus stop. They must ride the bus to and from the grade school. Pick up is 8:05 and drop off is 12:25. Those signed up for ACES, once dropped off, will be brought inside and provided a lunch then join the afternoon rotations. You can pre-register on https://tyrorocks.com/

If you'd like your child/children to walk or ride their bikes home after 3:30 please send a note the first day so we know that will be their form of transportation each day.

If you have a 4th- 6th grader that needs picked up before 3:30 any day, they will be at the Rec Center for their afternoon rotations. You have call 620-306-6034 and we will walk them out. Any other time all grades will be at the grade school and you can use our numbered spaces in the back of the building to park and call for assistance. If you are late to pick up (after 3:30) and are not signed up for our extended care you will be charged the extended care rate of $35.
