Canby School District engaged in a master planning process for all Canby district facilities pursuant to the passage of 2020 Bond Measure 3-559. View Canby School District's Master Plan here.

As part of the process, Canby School District formed a committee made up of community representatives to help shape the vision and future of Canby schools. Committee Members included:

Vonnie Oyer, Christine Taylor, JJ Stolsig, Ryan Lawless, Ryan Oliver, Sara Magenheimer, Eric Renner, Dustin Brown, Andrew Hale, Seth Kiser, Louise Thomas, Ben Winegar, Jennifer Turner, Kellen Oliver, Maria Tellez, Janet Diaz, Patti Zavala, Vicky López, Yolanda Sanchez, and Yanet Pastrana.

Meetings were conducted on the following dates: December 2 and 16, January 13, February 3 and 24, March 17, April 7, and May 5. Meetings were recorded and the links are shared on this page.

The committee finalized their recommendations for the Master Plan during their final meeting on May 5, 2021. Mahlum Architects created the plan and presented it to the Canby School Board on June 3, 2021. You can watch the final MPC meeting here.
