Bond Oversight Committee

The Citizens Bond Oversight Committee, an advisory committee to the board of directors, came together for the first time in December 2022. The purpose of the committee is to convene as needed to review progress on the projects detailed in the Canby School District Bond Measure 3-559. The committee reviews program progress and monitors program spending and schedules. The committee reports to the board of directors on a quarterly basis.

Members of the committee include Shalisa Beck, Tyson Hemrich, David Ramirez, Luke Sommer, and Lauren Stutes. District Director of Finance Denise Lapp, Director of Facilities Larry Burich, project managers from Cornerstone Management, and Board Member Tom Scott serve as ex officio members.

The committee abides by this charter.

The Bond Oversight Committee is expected to dissolve on June 30, 2024 or upon issuance of a final report by the committee after all bond projects have been completed – whichever is earlier.
