6/27/23 - It's official. Canby School District sold the Carus White Building for $1 on June 22. The next day, crews from Wolfe House & Building Movers were onsite making preparations to move it. Now, steel beams have been placed and the porch separated from the building, taking it one step closer to moving down the road to Evans Farms.
With accessibility improvement and parking lot safety projects happening at Carus this summer, the District has been working for nearly two years to find a buyer to move and preserve the building due to its valued history.
6/20/23 - Take a look at the progress on the new Canby High School wing. It's on track for August completion. Canby School District continues to thank its voters for passing the 2020 bond to make this possible.
