Initial solution template 

The initial solution/proposal should be a concise and coherent summary of your proposed solution to the specific problem(s) falling under the themes of the Challenge. We will evaluate the initial solution against the Selection Criteria mentioned on the following page.

The initial solution should cover the following core elements:

• Title of the project

    Problem definition (Max 200 words)

Define the exact PROBLEM that you intend to solve. The problem should be under the theme of the challenge. Please refer to the Eligible Sectors on page 

Is there any other companies providing a solution(s) to this problem?

• Proposed solution (Max 500 words)

Explain briefly how you intend to SOLVE the problem at hand. In addition, please describe how your solution would help solve the problem. And why the customers should buy your solutions instead of those of your competitors. How easily can your solution be implemented, and how effective will it be? The extent of scalability/ usability?

• Methods (Max 200 words)

Please describe your methods. It is important to indicate the framework/technologies stacks to be used and the reason behind choosing a technology.

• Expected outcomes (Max 200 words)

Selection criteria 

Each initial solution will be evaluated using a double-blind method by two reviewers independently from one another. Their score will be averaged and ranked. The first ten solutions with the highest score will be selected.
