OUR TRAINING CYCLE

Our 12 Week Training Cycle is designed to challenge and optimize your fitness. Each month progresses and builds on previous workouts to train your body in the most efficient way possible. Month one start with endurance strength and cardio to improve your foundation and allow you to sustain efforts for a longer period of time. Month two moves into sub-max strength to focus on getting stronger as well as increasing your anaerobic capacity with interval work. Month three brings in power strength and metabolic conditioning to pull you out of your comfort zone to go harder and give your maximum effort! With a focus that builds each month, you’ll crush your fitness goals in no time!
