Entire workout can be just cardiovascular exercises, strength exercises, OR a mixture of both

Jump Rope TABATA variation: If you have a jump rope available, you can even create your own jump rope TABATA workout, with each round practicing a different trick. Definitelt a great cardiovascular workout to get the heart pumping and blood flowing through the body.
