Make CIRCLES with your arms
Jump when rope is at a LOW level (close to the ground)
Focus is NOT on speed but rather on FORM

Jump with the rope on the ground practice
SINGLE bounce up & down your rope (Try going backwards!)
DOUBLE bounce up & down your rope (Try it backwards!)
DOUBLE bounce & TURN
Rope in between your feet, jump twice 1ST, then jump & TURN to face the opposite direction
Practice your TURN & JUMP
REMEMBER: Turn your rope over your body 1st and then JUMP
Slow & steady. No need to focus on speed, rather work on your form
Try backwards with your rope in front of your feet
