From FULL Distance Learning to HYBRID to FULL on-site in one Trimester! Congrats Foodies!
Event #1: Prepare food samples from each food truck and share with other food truck designers, socially-distanced within our own cohort of course!
Event #2: Share our food truck designs, menus, and strategies with our other 6th grade cohort at Steindorf.
Food Truck Teams each designed a go-to-market food truck strategy with food recipes developed at home during hybrid, menus and marketing strategies coordinated online and in class, pitch-practice with our classmates, and finally the development of how-to-cook videos, 30 sec advertisements, and cardboard prototypes of the trucks for sharing with our friends!
