Many supplies you will need for the year are ones you can use in multiple classes. You will notice similar items listed here as listed for math & science- don't worry about getting two sets of colored pencils for example- you will carry your supplies with you from class to class.

binder paper (wide or college rule)
#2 pencils
colored pencils (pack of 12)
highlighters (yellow, green, blue, pink)
correcting pen (color of choice)

scissors
glue stick - and/or tape
hand held pencil sharpener (with shaving collector attached)
pencil pouch or box
2 pocket folders (one for Language Arts; one for Social Studies)
