2019-2020 Curriculum
Taught in 9-week quarters, meeting with students every day for 100m. The switch to remote learning was nearly seamless because the classroom had already been flipped.
These assignment documents changed in format over the course of the year to be more and more student friendly. I moved towards integrating the “assignment document/evidence of learning” into each “packet/assignment” so students don’t have to jump back and forth (and I kept renaming things each quarter, trying to move towards clarity. Hopefully that's not too confusing). I am presenting them as they are, but my plan for future assignments is to present them in smaller chunks (like the final assignment in Styles of Art: Fantasy) so it isn’t the whole overwhelming week of work at once. Please feel free to make a copy and alter things to work for your students.
