Please note that you must have purchased an online attendee ticket in order to access the conference remotely. The online ticket shop has now closed, but if you still wish to attend, please contact Xi Zhang (sempre2026conference@gmail.com) who may be able to assist.
You will receive an invitation to our Slack workspace prior to the conference (see Slack instructions). This platform will be your portal to the conference.
There is no on-the-day registration/check-in for online attendees; the conference just starts with the Welcome livestream at 09:30.
Please see Timetable for details of the day's events. Note that the conference's time zone is UK local time, i.e. British Summer Time (GMT+1).
The Welcome, Keynote, Talk Sessions, and SEMPRE AGM will be live-streamed; links will be posted on Slack. Do pose questions and comments via Slack!
All posters will also be viewable on Slack. A number of posters will be presented remotely; you can find these in the #remote-poster-session Slack channels. Remote posters will each have their own Google Meeting Room that runs at the same time as the in-person poster sessions (Session 1: 11:30-13:00, Session 2: 16:00-17:30). We encourage you to prioritise these remote posters so that you and they can benefit from live discussions!Â
As explained above, each remote poster is assigned to a specific poster session (Session 1: 11:30-13:00, Session 2: 16:00-17:30) and a Google Meeting Room, which attendees can join to discuss your work with you. Please make sure you are available for the duration of this session. If there are any technical issues, please tag or direct message @Lok Yan Lam on Slack, who will be happy to help!
