GOTV Re-Contact (Final Week)

The intention behind re-contact is to follow-up on a voters' COMMITMENT TO VOTE and to make sure they can articulate a clear VOTE PLAN

We added a VOTE TRIPLING question to the script as an additional layer to the voter's "pledge to vote." The logic behind vote tripling is that naming three people they know adds a little social pressure, which research shows helps increase turnout.
