Checkout Process

1. Use the navigation menu on this site to discover and learn about which kits are available from REMC 12E (at Calhoun ISD).

2. Check the Calendar! This is the best way to see if the time you have in mind is available for your checkout. If you see a kit listed on the calendar, those are the dates it is already checked out. 

3. Use the Request Form to check out a kit or STEM through Literature Book.

4. Reach out to Anna McCrumb, Calhoun ISD Ed Tech Consultant, REMC 12E Director for help with scheduling, learning, or hands on classroom support while you use the kits!

5. To return your kit, it will need to be at your District's Administrative Office, in the REMC Pickup area.  If your district interally transfers from your building, let your adminsitrative assistant/secretary know that it needs to get to REMC.  Or, if you are able to drop it off at your district's administraive offices, please let them know it is headed for REMC so that they can make sure Drivers are aware it's ready to go.
