NEW SIGN

We have our new Caley's Mill sign at the front of the neighborhood. Our old sign was in old and had some good years but the new sign will last for many years to come.

NEW POOL

We have a new pool surface and all new equipment in the pump room. These much needed improvements will give us many years of crystal clear swimming. The new salt system is nicer on the skin and helps maintain the chemicals and keep them at a maximum efficient levels.

NEW FLOWERS

We planted new flowers at the front. We believe everyone should be proud to pull into our neighborhood and proud to live here.
