What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you complete relevant forms for us, including the membership, volunteer, event, booking and contact forms. All personal and sensitive information about individuals held by Cairngorms RDA will be stored securely.

How will we use the information about you?

We will use the information about you to administer the RDA group membership/volunteers, events, ride sessions and other activities. We may pass the information about you to Riding for the Disabled Association incorporating Carriage Driving, the national body. Limited, anonymised information may be passed to RDA for analysis. We will not share any information about you with any company other than the one mentioned above or if it is required by law.

Marketing

We want to send you other information about how you can support the RDA group. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out later. You are right to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes at any time.

Access to your information and correction

Please feel free to ask for a copy of our information about you. We want to ensure that your personal information is accurate and current. You may ask us to correct or remove information that needs to be more accurate.

Retention of data

Once you are no longer involved with the RDA group, we will securely retain basic contact data about you for a minimum of three years to comply with legal/insurance requirements. This applies to children once they reach the age of 18.
