A verified elector is someone who is able to vote in the ratification of the collective agreement at Titmouse. For this renewal agreement, the vote is open to anyone currently working at the studio, as well as all union members who are active and in good standing who have been employed by Titmouse within the three months prior to the vote date.

While the act of voting won't take very long, it's always a good idea to understand what you're voting on!

While ballots are open, you can visit the polling site at https://cag938.simplyvoting.com/

You will need your unique Elector ID and Password to access the ballot. Elector credentials will be sent via email when ballots open on September 25th, 2025.

Electors will be registered, and noted whether or not they have voted. However, how you vote will remain entirely anonymous. 

After polls close, there will be a short delay while the results are verified. Results will be announced by the end of day on September 26th 2025.

Ratification will be successful if the majority of votes cast are in favour of the tentative Collective Agreement.

If you think you are a verified elector and did not receive your unique Elector ID credentials once ballots opened, please check your spam folder.

Bad Emails: If you have previously unsubscribed from Simply Voting or reported an associated email blast as spam, you may have been excluded from the mailing list. Please re-subscribe by sending an email message to resubscribe@simplyvoting.com. 

If your elector credentials were not sent to spam, please re-subscribe to Simply Voting, then send an email to bargaining@cag938.ca with the following information:

• Confirmation of current employment at Titmouse Canada, OR
