Below, you can review the changes to the wage table of the draft renewal agreement. Should the members of the Titmouse union vote to ratify this renewal agreement, the agreement will go into force as of August 1st 2025, the day after the previous collective agreement expired and all changes regarding minimum rates will be paid retroactive to August 1st.
The following language has also been added to the wage table section of the agreement:
-Anyone designated by the Producer to be responsible for managing and/or supervising the work of others in their classification shall be paid the key rate of 15% above the minimum weekly rate for their classification during such an assignment.
-Anyone designated by the Producer in its sole discretion with the title of Lead shall be paid the key rate of 5% above the minimum weekly rate for their classification during such an assignment.
-Employees shall be hired at the Full rate for a role for which they can demonstrate comparable prior industry experience.
