Student/Parent Support - Learning with OYOclass is easy and rewarding. Each school based learning community is private to the members of your school. Your student will find challenge work from their teachers and/or kidOYO mentors that they can take on to develop skills and earn badges. A kidOYO Mentor is a trained and certified Computer Science or Engineering virtual tutor. Mentors check kidOYO challenge work and answer questions that students have as they take on new learning challenges. Teacher Support - Using OYOclass during distance learning can be a very valuable experience. The many tools, however, can feel a bit overwhelming to master. We have created this robust "How To" guide to help provide all of the information you might need to run your OYOclass community at a distance.

1. Open a new browser tab and type in your school’s URL.
2. Click “Sign In” on the top right corner.
3. Enter your school email address and password.
4. Then click “Sign In” at the bottom. Note – The school email should end with the following prefix @cacsd.org
Often times school emails are inactive, so to be sure that you are able to reset a password, please add a secondary email to your child’s account. Please see steps below:
1. Once your child is signed in, click the drop down box next to their name in the top right
corner.
2. Choose “Settings”.
3. Then choose “Email” up top and click “Add a secondary email”.
If you child cannot remember their password you can reset it by following these steps:
1. Once on the Sign In page Click “Forgot Password” above the password box.
2. Enter your email and click “Reset Password”.
3. An email will be sent with simple instructions to follow, to reset the password.
