Try the following steps
Signing into your Google Account
Open Chrome
In the upper right corner click on the account
Sign in using your school account
Remove unnecessary accounts
Exit out of the app that is giving you trouble.
Press the home button two times fast.
Swipe your finger up on the app you want to exit.
Check Date and Time
Go to settings
General
Date and Time
Make sure your iPad is on New York time.
Clear Your Browsing History
Go to settings
Safari
Clear History and Website Data (on bottom)
Do a Hard Reset
Hold the power button and home button until the Apple logo appears.
