We are creating something new. We have a new community, infrastructure, and systems. Our first day towards building our new community has a plan and will take all-hands-helping to make it run smoothly. On our first day, October 26th, please take some time to be with your child and guide them to the new Distance Learning class zoom link on Clever. Our day will start promptly at 9:00 A.M. We will have a 30-minute morning meeting with lessons, then later we will have our second 30-minute sharing and lesson time. In addition, take some time to fill in at the bottom of your child's planner at the reminders section of the re-assessment time, please also write the day that your child's re-assessment is (there was no space for this).

It is preferred for students to attend the live lessons as we feel interactive learning is important. However, if a student is unable to participate, recordings of lessons will be posted in Google Classroom for students to view at a later time.

The afternoon is for exploring some of the resources and extensions in Cultural, VAPA, PE, Social Emotional Learning and on-line supplemental programs such as i-Ready, Rosetta Stone, RAZ Kids, Typing without Tears, etc.. These resources can be found in Clever and the Google Classroom. Parents are welcome to schedule check-in meetings with the teachers after lunch time.
